The soul that endures affliction with quietness and patience, without murmuring or complaint, receives great grace from God. For through patience, the heart is purified, and a person becomes prepared to receive the work of divine grace within. When a person reaches the limits of relying on others, the heart begins to turn toward God alone, clinging to Him as the true helper. Thus, God sometimes allows weakness—not to abandon us, but to redirect our hope to Him, so that we may experience His power in our weakness. Therefore, when the Lord Jesus said to the paralytic, “Rise, take up your bed and walk,” he did not hesitate or argue, but obeyed immediately. In this way, his obedience became the pathway to the miracle, for obedience is the fruit of living patience, steadfast hope, and complete trust in the word of God.

Wishing you a blessed fast of the Virgin Mary.
- "The fast of the Virgin is a time for repentance and purification, an opportunity to draw closer to God and seek His favor."
- "Fasting should be a period of contemplation and prayer, distancing ourselves from everything that keeps us away from God's love."
